Alternative Grades for Suitability Scoring

It is now easier for Resource Managers to decide which resources to schedule work to, in a situation where a specific grade has been requested by an Engagement Manager, but no resources of that grade are available.

The previous suitability scoring of 100% for the requested grade, and 0% for a non-requested grade, has now been replaced with a weighted, alternative grade scoring system to more accurately reflect a natural decision making process. Your system can be configured with replacement grades that are equally suitable, an acceptable replacement, or a stretch replacement. For example, a Director could be an equally suitable alternative resource to a Partner.
